PESQUISADORAS DO PPGTURH-UCS PRESENTES NO LIVRO THE ROUTLEDGE HANDBOOK OF HOSPITALITY STUDIES

O Grupo de Pesquisa em Hospitalidade do PPGTURH-UCS está presente no livro "The Routledge Handbook of Hospitality Studies", editado pelo Prof. Conrad Lashley, da Stenden University of Applied Sciences. 
Recém-lançada, a obra reúne 35 autores de diferentes países, sistematizando o pensamento acadêmico mais contemporâneo sobre Hospitalidade.
O texto assinado pelas pesquisadora Marcia Maria Cappellano dos Santos, Olga Araujo Perazzolo, Siloe Pereira e Isabel Baptista (esta última da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, e também membro do Grupo de Pesquisa) intitula-se “Hospitality and social ties: an interdisciplinary reflexive journey for the psychology of hospitality”.



O "The Routledge Handbook of Hospitality Studies" registra os seguintes conteúdos:
